Über mich: Ich bin ein in Berlin ansässiger amerikanischer Cellist, Dirigent und Musikpädagoge mit über zehn Jahren internationaler Unterrichts- und Konzerterfahrung. Ich biete privaten Unterricht für Schüler*innen jeden Alters in Violoncello (alle Niveaus) sowie Anfängerunterricht in Violine und Klavier an. My name is Thomas Fortner and I am an American cellist, conductor, and music educator based in Berlin, with over ten years of international teaching and performance experience. I offer private lessons for students of all ages in cello (all levels) as well as beginning violin and beginning piano. Lessons are available in both English and German. I hold Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in cello performance, as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in conducting from the Berlin University of the Arts (UdK).
